2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Eligible Returns
Products may be returned if they meet the following criteria:
- The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The product packaging is not damaged, altered, or tampered with
- You have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2.2 Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Products that show signs of misuse or improper storage
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at customer@wlixarunbrax.world
- Include your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Include the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team
3.2 Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3.3 Return Address
Please do not send returns without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. The return address will be provided when your return request is approved.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days after receiving the return
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after inspection approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
4.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Missing parts or components not due to our error
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
5.1 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at customer@wlixarunbrax.world. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Offer a full refund or replacement at your choice
- Process your refund within the standard timeline after receiving the defective item
5.2 Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process above to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired product.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order without any charges if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@wlixarunbrax.world with your order number.
7.2 After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the product following our standard return policy.
8. International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies. However, please note:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
- International returns may take longer to process due to shipping times
- We recommend using a trackable international shipping service
9. Consumer Rights
