Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time may be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping is available at checkout, additional transit times, carrier fees, customs duties, and local taxes may apply.
3. Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2-3 business days after dispatch
- Priority Shipping (if available): 1-2 business days after dispatch

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment confirmation. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, apply only to qualifying orders and may be limited by geography, minimum order value, and campaign period.
5. Carrier and Tracking
We use third-party shipping carriers. When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details after dispatch. Carrier scans may take up to 24-48 hours to update.
6. Delays and Delivery Issues
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, supply-chain events, or other factors outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim review.
7. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Additional reshipment charges may apply for returned or undeliverable packages.
